and in this essay I will tell you about car angel…AL. I prayed for a mechanic like AL. I was introduced to AL through a friend. Me and BB (my 2010 Mercedes Benz ML 350) pulled up with a laundry list of things to be fixed. He got straight to it. He listened to my concerns and immediately diagnosed EVERYTHING. I recently visited the dealership and they failed me completely. AL is a certified and licensed master mechanic. When I tell you he literally explained and showed me the causes of my car problems…like he gave me actual proof. No bullshit whatsoever. I like to ask a million questions and he answered every single one and then some. I learned so much about my car. He not only fixed everything but walked me through it so that I understood too. Here’s everything he fixed QUICKLY on BB: Brakes and rotors Brake fluid flush Tune up Right side mirror repair Replaced 14 lights Purge valve Back springs Tire rotation Alignment New car key Top of line parts, quick turnaround time, and fair pricing. I’ve never seen a shop so clean and organized. Every step of the process was smooth. He communicated effectively and recommended only what was necessary. We joked that I was riding on hopes and prayers but I was seriously at risk out here and had no idea (look at the pics of my snapped springs - DANGEROUS). After my repairs, BB is riding so smoothly. I didn’t even know my car was supposed to feel this good. My check engine is finally OFF 😭 BB doesn’t squeak or make anymore weird sounds. I’ve already referred several friends and family members to AL. If you were searching for a car doctor, here’s your guy. This man truly cares about his customers and takes tremendous pride in his work. Honest mechanics do exist and AL proved that to me. This will be a lifelong relationship and I swear I am not going anywhere else. It makes me sad that I won’t see him as much anymore because his service is unmatched and he has an amazing spirit. But my car is in excellent shape now because of AL so no need for frequent visits to the mechanic and that’s the goal. He is thorough and goes above and beyond. It’s hard to find a GOOD mechanic, especially as a woman. AL is something special and trustworthy. Saying I received quality service is an understatement. This man is experienced, knowledgeable, and loves what he does. I am forever grateful. I walked away with BB BETTER than I got her but most of all, I walked away with peace of mind. That’s priceless. I will ONLY go to AL’s Auto Repair.
