First, I want to recognize that the Windham team was professional, friendly, and the quality of the work appears to be very good. My concern is with the overall cost. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change ($95) and mentioned a front-end noise that sounded like a wheel bearing. The service advisor agreed and recommended a diagnostic inspection ($181), explaining that the findings would be reviewed with me before any repairs were performed. The diagnosis confirmed a wheel bearing issue ($466) and recommended an alignment ($133). After the wheel bearing replacement, additional repairs were identified, including a ball joint ($490) and tie rod ($308). By the end of the visit, the total bill was approximately $1,700. While I understand that additional issues can be uncovered during repairs and that the pricing may be standard, I was surprised that the full diagnostic fee remained on the final invoice after I authorized the recommended work. I would have expected some or all of that charge to be applied toward the repairs resulting from the diagnosis. What began as a routine oil change became a significant and unexpected expense. Again, I appreciate the professionalism of the Windham team and the quality of the repairs.

I went to VIP to get my car inspected. The personnel was welcoming and efficient. My car passed inspection but they identified a problem with the differential fluids and were able to take care of it while I waited. I will definitely go back for service in the future.

I was very pleased with bringing my Jeep Into VIP. They listened. They checked it and then some. They only did what I asked them too so I wasn’t charged for anything extra. I was shown the problem areas. Which was great. I’ve grown up around car shops. I know what’s what and really appreciate the extra effort and information. I will be going back. Thank you.
