View on GoogleThe service was EXCEPTIONNAL! We were down from Montreal for a little weekend getaway and we had car troubles. We pulled up to VIP at the Belfast location and we were treated like kings and queens. We got there late on Friday and they had to order parts in order to fix the car. To make sure that we wouldn't lose out on our weekend, they helped us to get a rental car. A lot of rental car places were closed so the amazing Zach actually drove us to an Enterprise in Ellsworth, more than ONE HOUR away from his place of work. They could have told us just to get a cab but they went the EXTRA MILE for us. The exceptional service continued has their master technicican came in on his day off (Sunday) to fix our car and make sure we could return safely to our home. Again, thank you to Zach, Candy and the entire staff for turning a unpleasant situation into a very pleasant one :)
View on GoogleThis is my first time using vip. The service was top notch. Definitely have a good crew working there. Went over my truck thoroughly. Even though I was just there for tires. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Nate did a great job getting everything all setup. There was a small hiccup in when I got in. But they got me in the next day and got me all ready for winter. Thank guys. I'll definitely being doing all my service needs at vip from now on.
