Highly recommend... and Military friendly!! I called Rich for an estimate on my Dodge Ram and he was able to have someone on their team out to my house the same week. Bryan arrived on time and got straight to work. He went in, under and all around the truck to complete a full inspection and diagnostic of the suspension, air flow and power issues. Not only was Bryan thorough, but he was very knowledgeable and willing to share that wisdom with me, the customer. I was able to understand what was going on, why and what needed to be done to address/correct my concerns. No sooner did Bryan depart the house that Rich was able to call and e-mail me with a detailed estimate for repairs. Keep in mind you will pay a little more for the convenience of having them come to you, but IMO it's worth it for the personal, one-to-one service you get with the tech. First impressions are this a customer-driven auto shop... they are great, innovative and forward thinking.

Excellent service! Had an issue with my van that 1 auto place couldn't figure out, the dealership need to wait a week for someone to check it out but Auto Concepts LLC came out to our home and was able to figure out the problem within minutes. They were able to get started on a Monday and I got my car back by Wednesday. Rich was very helpful in keeping me updated and in the loop. Plus they were able to save me money since the car ended up not needing a certain piece that we originally had planned for.

This is top notch service. I can't say enough good things about the communication and organization. Rich was very responsive to our needs, worked around our schedule. This was my first time using them, it was just for my car's 6,000 mile service - just an oil change, some minor inspections, and top off fluids. The only room for improvement is on price. This is not a cheap service. You'll pay 3 times more than what you would pay for similar service at a quick lube type of place. But in exchange, you get stellar customer service, you don't have to wait around in a smelly waiting room, and hopefully you get much better attention to detail on the oil change (no broken or forgotten plastic panel pins, etc). I didn't climb under the car and inspect the situation, but I'm going to hope that for the price, there weren't any corners cut. If you're like me, and you have to try to fit an oil change into your after-work hours with two babies in car seats or else you have to take off from work and find time during daycare hours - then using this service is probably worth the extra cost when you add in the lost wages or aggravation of trying to keep babies from crawling around on the waiting room floor at a quick lube. Or if you can work from home while they do the service in your driveway and you can still get paid, it makes up for the extra cost. Treat yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Auto Concepts LLC and highly recommend them to anyone with car troubles and needing someone to come out and diagnose the problem. Having a mechanic come to me, saving me the stress of getting my car to a shop to be seen, was a lifesaver! The customer service was excellent - Rich promptly sent someone out, touched base with me throughout the process, and followed up afterward to ensure everything was good to go. The mechanic was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He got my car up and running and sent me in the right direction for the necessary next steps.
