Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

4/4/26. Had 7:30am appt at Delmar location. Mr Tire sent confirmation the day before. Show up at 7:30am and the person at the front desk tells me they won't have any technicians until after 9am. Mr. Tire, TECHNICIANS ARE THE ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEES OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!! You wasted my time and I can't believe you allow people to schedule 7:30am appts without being able to work on vehicles. UNREAL!!

My experience was just okay. I went in for a simple tire change, but the wait time was much longer than they initially estimated. The staff was polite enough, and the work seems to have been done correctly, but it felt like they were really understaffed and disorganized. It gets the job done, but don't expect a quick or super smooth visit.

If you wanna go here to get your car fixed… just dont. they claimed they couldnt fix my boyfriends car, then one of the managers nicely offered to fix it at his own personal shop. nice right? just wait for it. this man promised us more than probably 3 times that the car was done. we had been waiting since NOVEMBER. now i will acknowledge that he and my bf got sick around the same time (at one point) and the snow messed stuff up. However, there is no excuse for a continual ghosting when it came to dropping off the car(after all of that craziness) he gave my boyfriend the run around SO MANY times. he FINALLY many months later and so much money later he has his car. yay right? nah hold on one more time…alternator still needs to be fixed😐🫠 i swear ive never personally had ANY good experiences with them, neither has my family and now him. we will NOT be coming back, hes too nice & sweet to tear yall a new one. but me? behind my man? of course. so if u decide to get ur car fixed here just please look at other options first.

I went to Goodyear tire in Delmar, Delaware. Customer service was great at first But I had to bring my truck back up there to get the tires rebalance because cause they were not done right the first time. The second time when they balanced my tires, they broke a stud off, then proceeded to tell me their tire balance machine broke. Had I not called up there? After two days, I would never known what was going on with my truck. Lack of communication… and left with wondering, how do you break off a person’s wheel stud!!

Got an appointment for new tires within 30 minutes of calling. Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend!
