Overpriced! Brought my barely one year old 2025 Corolla in because the AC stopped working. No accidents, no damage, nothing — just a new car with no cold air. Their solution? Pay $827 upfront just to find out if it’s even covered under warranty. For a car this new, that is outrageous. They refused to do any other inspection first and kept repeating ‘this is our standard process’ without any real answers. No clear explanation, no alternatives offered, just pay $827 upfront and maybe get it back later — the customer takes all the risk. Other Toyota dealerships quoted $300-400 for the same refrigerant service and were actually willing to actively look at the issue first rather than jumping straight to the most expensive test and calling it standard. Ended up going elsewhere and got it fixed for free. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Beware!!! We bought a 60000 mile or 5 years premium service plan for free oil changes. They changed my daughter's synthetic oil every appointment. After 35,000 miles they stopped. She drove 20,000 additional miles without an oil change. Found out it was only 6 free oil changes. They took advantage of a young girl who didn't understand. BEWARE!!!! **I have since spoke to a manager 3 times with promises to do call me back. NO ONE has called me. I have called off and on since November 2025. Today is February 26, 2026

Undisclosed diagnostic fee of 90$. Bought a used 2021 Rav4 from an out of state dealership with nationwide 12month/12000mile warranty. Brought it in for someone to look at rear bumper as there was a rattling noise. Spoke with 3 people making appt and dropping it off. No one mentions a diagnostic fee. Surprise fee at check-out!

Woburn Toyota refuses to address any customer complaints about negative experience with their service department. I believe the service department management doesn't want hear about bad customer service. Should Woburn Toyota service department be boycotted like the success with Target. Their response was to replaced their CEO ? Also I paid a $89 diagnostic fee to find a squeak coming from the tire. Amazingly the automotive tech found nothing. How incompetent the service department has performed. After finally speaking with the Woburn Toyota service manager he was full excuses and reasons why can do his job. After informing him I would not purchase any new from his dealership due to terrible service department he seemed unconserned. He must think if treat present customers with disrespect they will flock to the sales department. I am sure the senior management will finally act.

My last two experiences with this dealership have been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating. I had an apt scheduled for 10/20. They called me the day of saying they overbooked apts and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled to the following Thursday 10/26. My apt was at 12:30 for an oil change. I waited at the dealership for 1.5hr without any updates. I tried calling the number provided twice and I was told my representative was busy. I went downstairs and he was not busy and spoke with me right away saying that they just started working on my car so it would be another 30-40 minutes. After another 40 min, I spoke with the rep again, and I was told they were just about to put the oil in. After another 30 min I was finally out of there. When trying to leave, a worker had to figure out how to get my car out of the garage because I was blocked in. As I’m trying to pull out, two more customers fly right by me and park, blocking me in. Instead of helping me by telling the customers to move, the workers stared me down and I had to find a way to quickly drive out of this place once there was an opening. This was very stressful trying to maneuver over three lanes with cars parked front to back, and cars flying in. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and paid $147. My last experience before this was even worse. I was never checked in, and waited upstairs for two hours while my car hadn’t been touched. No one communicated with me until I went downstairs asking about the status on my car and they told me I was never assigned a rep even though someone gave me a number and drove my car into the garage. I had to Uber to the dealership there and back and it was a 4 hour ordeal for an inspection/tire rotation. I tried calling the service manager, Mark to discuss these instances. Instead, I was sent right to his voicemail twice. I left a voicemail, never heard back. I find this place to be extremely busy, and unorganized. The lack of communication between the customer and service workers is unacceptable. I’ve been to other Toyota dealerships and never had experiences like either of these times. Please consider bringing your car elsewhere.
