I had flat tire on the side of the highway. Called AAA and Anthony showed up promptly. His professionalism was top notch. He went above and beyond and worked everything out with AAA for me and drove me further than required to get me home safely. I highly recommend and had a 5 star experience. Thank you Anthony!

I got towed from Somerville to west Boylston through AAA. My car is lowered and it was great to see the operator take special care to ensure it didn’t scrape on the way onto the truck.
View on GoogleTop Gear did a AAA tow call for my busted tire, but now that I know about them I'll be adding them to my contacts, in case of a future need. The tow was straightforward, but I appreciate the extra caution Anthony took to try to avoid scraping the front underside of the car since it had sunk pretty low. The chat on the way to the auto repair location was amiable and useful, and I felt safe the whole way. It's not often you say a tow was a good experience, but it really was!

View on GoogleLast Wednesday I had the best towing experience of my life. My car had started making a scraping noise from the left front wheel well. I thought I could drive it to the dealer, but the scraping noise turned into an incredibly loud squeal. I thought I was damaging my car, so I pulled over and called AAA. They sent Anthony R from Top Gear Towing. Anthony was fantastic. He was warm and friendly, and he repeatedly reassured me that I had done the right thing and had not called him out for something trivial. He took good care of my car, and when I rode back to the dealer with him, I saw that his truck was clean and comfortable. Best of all, when we arrived, Anthony noticed something when he took the harness of my car. A tree nut had wedged itself into the brake! Anthony took the nut out, and the noise was gone! A happy ending, especially since otherwise I would have been carless for a day and a half until the dealer could get to it.
