Riverside Car Care

I recommend Riverside Auto Care beause I had a really good experience there with my Traxs. About a week ago, I thought I had an oil leak so I brought my traxs over to Riverside. I got there just before closing and he came out to look at my truck, very friendly guy. He look it and said he would take it in and look around in the morning. He found the real problem and would be able to fix it, he also brought my tires to my attention and they did need to get done so he made a great deal for me. Got my traxs back the next day. Thank you!

made appt. for my wrangler to have a diagnostic for an ongoing issue I have been having … I dropped off on Sunday for Monday appt . and then called Konday to give detailed information on what is happening. I was rushed off the phone . I got a call later in the day asking for more information which I provided but they again didn’t want all the information. I heard nothing for hours and when I called right before they closed I was informed by the owner that it was fixed already and Inowed over $600!!! .. The repair was done without my consent, but if it was fixed I would have been ok with it .. But it wasn’t. I called and told them it wasn’t fixed and they took it back in on Wednesday. I dropped off on Wednesday and a few hours later I get a call telling me they now know what’s wrong with it and that is was going to be roughly $1000 to repair it .. I explained they did a repair without my consent that didn’t fix it , and I would be willing to pay for the new part but they should install for free .. The owner Joe told me “ WE DONT WORK FOR FREE” .. Well Joe , I don’t pay for you doing nothing to benefit me either .. He said he had to replace the other parts because he couldn’t think of anything else that it could of been at the time .. That is not how diagnosis works Joe .. If you don’t know for sure , you have a conversation with the customer, you don’t gamble with their money , and if you do and you loose , YOU LOOSE !! not the customer .. Joe became very rude from that point on and started insulting me . When I told Joe I would just take this up with the courts , he then expressed that he would refund me because he didn’t have time for my stupidity… This wasn’t my stupidity Joe , this was your horrible customer service and the only reason you refunded me was because what you did was illegal and you would of lost in court and it would of cost you more money that way .. Beware !!! One good thing I can say is one of Joes employees Max .. Amazing guy and very nice … when he test drove with me after I dropped it off the second time , he immediately reproduced the issue and admitted that not only did the repair that was originally done not fix the issue , but was confused as to why those particular parts were replaced as it clearly was not that type of issue. I think Joe should let Max run things and maybe customers would be happier . I feel bad because Joe does do things for the community and his Jeeps are a staple in the Woburn Parade .. But this experience was not only poor , but Joe exercised poor customer service and illegal business practices.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a few months and it says something that I remembered because my brain is broken. These guys honestly saved me. Over the course of two years, I paid several different shops several thousand dollars for an issue that was never fixed until Riverside took the time to look and see that my car had been eaten inside out by rodents. The guy had my car back to working condition within like one business day. 10 stars. Me and my girls thank

Do not take your car here especially for paint/body work. I returned my car 3 times after they told me it was all set each time....I found that what they pained rusted over again and there were chips of paint missing where they were supposed to be repainted. I wrote them an email after bringing the car back several times. I let them no how disappointed I was and how badly I was treated after spending almost 11K on my Car. I got NO REPOSONSE.

I have been taking my Jeep Liberty for service to Riverside Car Care for a number of years. Joe the owner and Sam have been awesome. They are friendly and very helpful. They have kept my Jeep safe for me to drive, running smoothly, and kept me informed when future repairs would be needed. When it came time to purchase a newer Jeep, Joe connected me to Brian Kelly and his professional staff at Kelly Auto Rt.1. Everyone there made my purchase seamless. I’m very happy with my smooth running “newer” Jeep. Thanks Joe!
