My engine died on the highway, and this was the closest mechanic I could find. I was pretty nervous about the whole situation, but Tim and the crew took great care of my car from the start. It was a really stressful time because I wasn’t sure whether I should replace the engine or just get a new car. Tim was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He gave me all the time I needed to decide, kept me updated on available engine options, pricing, and timelines, and never pressured me. I ended up leaving my car there for a few days while I made my decision, and I’m really glad I did. I chose to go ahead with the engine replacement, and the team did an excellent job. My car is now back on the road with a much newer engine and running smoothly with no issues.

I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is unmatched, they do great work, and the price is right. Getting your car worked on is usually a nightmare. My experience getting a couple repairs completed at Montvale was awesome. I can’t recommend this place enough. Exceptional customer service and they do a fantastic job on your car at a price you can afford.
