John McDermott took great care of me. I was traveling in Lexington, MA from my home in New Rochelle, NY when my car wouldn’t start. He got me fixed up and back on the road before the day was out…and this was on a Monday. Everything was covered by the new car warranty. Thank you John!! Terry

View on GoogleWARNING: stay far away from Lawless CJDR service center in Woburn. Total ripoff. I bought a jeep from them years ago and it was an easy enough experience. The service center is another story. I ended up getting charged over $1000 just in labor to install a radiator yesterday when I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to diagnose the ‘service air suspension system immediately’ light which I also had to pay a $250 diagnosis fee for. The service manager behind the glass window didn’t even bat an eyelash at the $2100 total charge for a new radiator. It’s clearly just the normal course of business for this service center to extract as much $$ out their customers as possible. I’d assume Lawless isn’t doing too hot with sales these days so they keep the place profitable by overcharging in the shop. Stay far, far away from this place if you value your money.

Something was wrong with the key fob, something wasn’t opening and closing like it’s supposed to so when I use the key fob, the car would start up but 10 seconds later just shut off. Well to resolve this issue it was around five $600. Plus the 650 to recharge the AC and the money for the oil change I was on the hook for a pretty big bill. John went through all my stuff, I bought my Jeep outright there at Lawless and he found out that I bought the extra Mopar protection almost $5000 worth when I first purchased my vehicle and the key fob situation was completely covered so all I had to pay was $100 deductible. He saved me a lot of money. Thank you, John.
