I’m writing this review because not because I don’t like this place but because I was very disappointed yesterday. I’m having problem with my transmission and a ticking noise on my engine, which I basically described because I already knew what the problem was to Antonio. And they said to drop off the car to check and they would call me back. They charge me $403.00 without doing anything because they didn’t even take the transmission pan to check. Basically just to put the computer and check the error code which I had already done at auto zone for free. And they just gave me one option to replace the transmission for $7800. This shows why the lot is empty. I paid the $403 without complaining or questioning but never again I’m stepping foot in this place. That’s how a business close down.

View on GoogleThis place failed my inspection twice. First time was valid, Front end and suspension Failed. So, I took my car to my family trusted place to address all issues. Once repairs were done I took it back to lawless in Woburn and failed again for the same reason. Again I went back to garage where repairs were done, they checked again and didn’t find any problems. So I went to a gas station down the street and passed No problem. Even I was asked what failed originally and front end steering and suspension got checked twice, considering unrelated third party at this point. Passed. Message to Lawless attempt to rip me off. Just because I didn’t get my car repaired at your shop you tried to Fk me. Now , I see you and so will everyone who comes across this review.
