He explained everything clearly, provided photos, communicated throughout the process, and never moved forward without my approval. ✅ What really stands out is that JR is not just a qualified mechanic, he is also a true automotive enthusiast. 🔧🏁 He has the experience, knowledge, and attention to detail needed for more complex work, especially on performance and sport vehicles. He is definitely not your average mechanic. His pricing was fair, the turnaround time was reasonable, and the quality of work was professional. The Tiguan had an issue that was not easy to figure out, but JR diagnosed it quickly and handled it the right way. Have known Joe for years. Guy is extremely knowledgeable and you get honest pricing. Don’t let his rice tendencies fool you. He is a beast when it comes to wrenching. He has worked on pretty much all of my cars. Highly recommend for LS motors or anything German specific.
