My experience with this body shop was simply excellent. I have a 2025 Hyundai Tucson that needed a bumper replacement, new trunk liftgate and taillights, and paintwork. They were able to take my car in just a day after I called. They discussed every detail with me and explained the repair process thoroughly. They handled all communication, payments and negotiations with the insurance company, securing the best possible terms for me. They called twice a week to keep me updated on the repair progress. They used only OEM parts for my low-mileage Tucson and performed a series of calibrations and tests, providing all the supporting documentation upon my request. The car looked literally brand new—even better than before! They even washed it several times before I picked it up. On top of that, they coordinated with the rental company so I wouldn't waste a single extra minute on the rental car pickup and drop-off. Donna was very polite and a pleasure to deal with—she is an excellent manager—and I had a thoroughly positive experience with both her and the other staff members. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable body shop—these guys are masters of their craft and excel at customer service!

I had an amazing experience with Hynes Collision Center! They did an excellent job repairing and painting my vehicle. The workmanship was flawless and the color match was perfect. Donna, the manager, was absolutely incredible. Her customer service was top tier from start to finish. Professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. She really took the time to ensure everything was done right and on schedule. She even delivered ahead of the scheduled pickup date. Pricing was outstanding for the quality of work, and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations, which added great value. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. They’ve earned my business for any future work on my fleet. Highly recommend!

My experience with Hynes Auto in Woburn was simply amazing. From the front desk staff, who called me with updates, to the entire team, I was always treated with patience, kindness, and professionalism. I was given a choice to either save my Dodge Challenger or consider it totaled. A car hit me, destroying the entire left side, while pushing me into a truck, which demolished the right side - Challenger was sandwiched. I trusted Hynes to undertake this huge renovation. As I love my car, my only wish was to save it. The Hynes team was amazing throughout this process. I was beyond excited to see my car after completion - car looks brand new - mind blown!! The Hynes Woburn team is the best! They’ve repaired my car twice now after accidents and the service has always been exceptional. I called yesterday noting that a function of my car was not working since the most recent repair, and I was wondering if it was somehow related to the repair work that was done (it was not). They squeezed me right in the next day and immediately fixed the issue, even though it had nothing to do with the work they had done. I definitely recommend Hynes to everyone.

Woburn’s location- employees were excellent they kept me up to date with the stages of the repair of my car. I will be coming back on my own account to get some cosmetic paint repairs done. Great quality work I must add! Let me get these coins up so I can drop my car back off! Thanks again!
