Hogan Tire & Auto - Woburn

I couldn’t recommend the Woburn Hogan Tire more! I was already pretty overdue for new tires, but was trying to find the best ones that’ll be sturdy for the winters in NH. A friend recommended I talk to Colin here at Hogan, and he generously gave me his recommendations for my situation. The price they gave me was unbeatable and turnaround time to get the tires ordered / put on my car was just a few days, even with a holiday weekend. I didn’t know they did other car maintenance until they recommended I get new brakes (I had an appointment to do this at Toyota in a couple days). Their price was 2/3 cheaper than Toyota’s!! Even though they were very busy and didn’t talk to me about my brakes until an hour into my appointment, they got everything done so quickly. Big thank you to all the employees, but especially Colin for all of the help!

These guys are just awesome Superb service and good people Very polite and accommodating I got my tyres replaced and alignment done All great but also got good advice on how to use my one Tyre that was good (get a cheap rim) Even better a few weeks later o had my shocks replaced (other place) and didn’t realize that made my alignment go off - since it was only 6 weeks after my hogan alignment I called them and asked to check They fixed for free and even though they knew the issue had come from replacing the shocks they didn’t charge me anything even though they could - that’s awfully decent and great customer behavior - and they did it with no fuss or me making a case - just acknowledged and said no problem - we are happy to help (though perhaps not all the time ;)! Would strongly recommend these guys

Hogan tire is skilled at diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues. They have always been my mechanics of choice and do much more than tires. They are all very helpful, knowledgeable and have demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and mechanical knowledge.I recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic that goes above and beyond and that you can trust.

I first went to Town Fair in Woburn to get a leak patched on my back left tire but they told me the hole was in a place that required external patching, it would be temporary and buy new a few months, but they couldn’t do it because they only did internal (permanent) patching. I needed to have the hole fixed today so I drove down the street to Hogan Tire. When I got there, Brian gave me much better news and immediately took my car in to patch the tire, saying this would be no problem to fix and get me back on the road within 30 mins. The tires were under warranty so I wasn’t charged for the service and I was so thankful for the warm, prompt assistance I received at Hogan Woburn!

I've been doing business with Hogan Tire doe many years. They are great and probably one of the most knowledgeable shops I have were dealt with. The reason I brought my Ford pickup truck was ro fix the problem created by the work done another very well known shop that I knew did something very wrong. The the very knowledgeable people at Hogan Tire had me describe the issue with the recently rebuilt brakes by the other shop. They quickly picked up the suspect mistake and promised to fix any problem. They took in the truck , worked a couple of days and and I got the truck back with everything fixed with the truck running perfectly. And the price charge ro me was very very reasonable. I was prepared to spend a lot more money and was pleasantly surprised. I have nothing but great things to say about The management and especially the techs at Hogan and I highly recommend them. And this is coming from a guy who spent a lifetime hobbyist hot rod builder that built many cars. ...R.J.
