Had them replace our two front tires at the end of November 2025 for $400. Less than 2 months later we spent almost $1100 on all new breaks with them in January 2026. Brought it back in last week, 3 months since the breaks were done because the two front tires from less than 5 months ago are significantly worn down. At this point they tell us we need a front end alignment and new tires, so we ask if they are covering our tires. They say no. They claim they told us in November we needed an alignment. They did not. They also never told us again about it in January when they did our breaks. They then tell us to call back at a certain time to talk to the owner (why they can’t call us I have no idea), so we go in to talk in person during the time they said to call the owner and are told the owner already left. So we take the car and leave with useless 5 month old front tires and have not heard back from anyone (including the owner) there since. Giving them two stars because in all the interactions prior to this they have all been very nice, but this entire situation is now an example of horrible customer service. It’s extremely unfortunate. We really wanted to like working with them and love supporting local businesses. But this is not how your treat new customers who have already spent nearly $1500 with you in less than 6 months.

Took my truck in for an electrical issue caused by a remote start install at another shop, they chased the problem, repaired it and gave me documentation so I can go speak to the other shop about reimbursement. Professional and honestly reasonable pricing.
