Hands down the smoothest experience with an auto shop I've ve ever had and my first car was a Datsun so I've been to quite a few shops. Took the car in for an oil change and asked them to take a look at the car. They itemized what it needed and what should be done according to specs. Nothing pushy at all. I choose a few things to be done and the job was completed the same day. Pricing was reasonable. Pleasant drop off and pick up. I'd definitely take my car back to BPG!

Bottom line - these guys are great. Customer service is the best aspect of what they do in my opinion. Very responsive, very open, and as flexible as reasonably can be. I wanted a catback exhaust replacement on my M2 and they made the whole process easy. It was with a vendor they don't normally work with so there were some very minor issues that popped up and they we extremely accommodating in getting that squared away after the main job was over. These guys will show you your car if you ask so you know they're knowledgeable and/or not scamming you. Really the only con was the labor for the exhaust change was a bit more than what I'm used to seeing in the Midwest. But I am in a more expensive part of the US now. But I had a couple other services done that were what I'm used to with a euro shop. I think you get what you pay for with this shop. Hopefully they can stay my go to for a long time to come. Both me and my BMW are very happy 😁

Super happy with the experience and service provided at Bavarian. Have an older X7 that needs some regular stuff and then ins and outs. From the initial assessment to the text updates on the preview and estimates. Great communication and honest team. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using this shop who I located as a dealer/installer for CarBahn stage 1 tune. They also fully inspected my new to me preowned BMW, performed some maintenance for me, installed the tune all in just a few hours. I’d highly recommend this shop. Especially as they didn’t try to oversell me on stage 2 upgrades but actually steered me away from them.
