Dean and the shop treated me like family since day 1, proactively called to check if I needed service; took my vehicle early & let me pay over the phone…plus my 4 new summits for under $1200 feel FANTASTIC; highly recommend -from a car guy!
View on GoogleOne star earned only because the girl at the front desk was very kind. The mechanic charged me about $900 for one spark plug and coil which was not the price discussed on the phone. He also lied and said I needed 4 new break calipers. After getting a second opinion it was apparent that I did not. On top of this, after the repair had been done, he continued to lecture me about why I should have let him do the rest of the work on my car, when my goal was to get OUT of their shop and somewhere better/ more reasonable priced. Highly recommend NOT coming here!
View on GoogleI had a few things related to emissions that needed to be fixed to pass inspection. I'd never been to Preferred Automotive before. The owner Dean gave me a next day appointment which are typically hard to get. His team did a nice job. Dean's a nice guy who knows how to treat a new customer. In the future I'll go to Preferred when I need automotive work done. They're nice people who are very good at what they do.

We called Preferred Auto and she got an appointment the very next day. The mechanic was excellent. We wished we got his name. I would highly recommend Preferred Auto! Thank you.
