I am a Scoutmaster for a local Boy Scout Troop. We needed some help moving our storage Conex box (Shipping container). Malloy towing answered the call. They arrived early with a truck that was well maintained and picked our Conex box up with ease. The drive, Junior, was very professional and a great personality, made sure that the box was safety secured to the truck and made sure that everyone that was there kept at a safe distance. At the destination Junior made sure that the box was placed exactly where we wanted it and just could not do enough for us. On behalf of my troop a big Tanks-A-Lot to Malloy Towing.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this tow company last week on Thursday. The staff was extremely confrontational, yelling throughout the interaction and refusing to listen to me. To make matters worse, when my friends left honest reviews about our experience, the company's responses were passive-aggressive. Such behavior reflects poorly on the company's customer service and overall professionalism.

Jaclyn was so helpful when my car was towed and was very accommodating with meeting. My complex is difficult with providing guest overnight passes and she was very understanding and was able to assist with potentially preventing this situation happening again

My car battery died and I had my granddaughter with me. I called Malloy's for a tow. The truck arrived a few minutes after I called and the driver was able to tell me I needed a new battery. After arriving at the shop the women working the desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. Malloy’s was able to replace my battery in a hour and I was on my way! I would highly recommend using Malloy’s Towing and will definitely giving them my business again.
