My car suddenly took on some scary symptoms when I was in town for work. I called Weston Automotive in a panic and although they were busy and couldn’t fix it, they did promise to take a look. While I was working, they identified the problem and ascertained that it was fully covered under my warranty but would have to be serviced by the dealer. They charged a reasonable diagnostic fee. They are nice to work with too.

As a family, we have three cars, and Weston Automotive takes great care of all of them. They are transparent, prompt, and they always do just exactly what needs to be done. Highly recommended.

Weston Auto was an excellent experience. I was visiting from out of state and discovered I needed a repair. The shop is implicitly trusted by family who referred me there. Weston Auto fit me in and did the repair efficiently. They communicated well and I was grateful for their competence and help.

We moved to the area last summer and Weston Auto has become our 'go to' place for all 4 of our cars (3 fords and 1 bmw). We have done all oil changes, inspections, electrical issue diagnostics and tire rotation and replacements there. Customer service and communication is excellent. There is always a follow up message to ensure we are pleased with the services received and any issues encountered have been clearly explained with options on how to address. One issue was actually still under warranty so the technician clearly explained how to ensure the dealer would cover. Scheduling is very flexible and accommodating and pricing is fair and competitive - Great to have a trusted shop so close and convenient for us!

I recently ran over a quarter inch lag bolt and went straight through my tire. Because I have electric car, it does not come with a spare and the foam repair kit that came with the car said you cannot use it for large puncture. I pulled into Weston automotive and even though they were just about to close up, they put off what they were doing to put the car up on the rack. A lot of shops might’ve told me that I needed to replace all the tires, but one of the workers there said despite the size of the hole, he wanted to try a repair. He dis an internal patch with a plug and said it should be a permanent fix. Because the tires have 30,000 miles on them, I thought I had no choice but to replace all of them. They only charged me $50, even though they stayed late. I’ve used them off and on over the years and they always do a great job, and are nice to interact with. I highly recommend this place, because they really enjoy what they do and they’re very good at it.
