View on GoogleI went to this place because I was told they were great at what they do and they were cheap. I go there for them to fix my car driver window. I told them my window guide fell off and I found it in between the door panel. Cool they have me leave my car for like 8 hours. I come back pick up my car and they charged me 380$ because apparently my motor assembly to the window was broken. They replaced it and I never asked them or signed anything to replace it. My window still worked before they ATTEMPTED to fix it!! All I had to do was guide the window up. I leave and park the car for like 2 days, window stays stuck half way. I called, gio tells me, I'll call you back. Never calls. I called in a month another 2 times and no one picks up, I called last week and Mindy picks up and Jorge mechanic tells her to take my key and I leave. He didn't even bother coming out to talk to me knowing I had a previous problem and is the reason why I came back. They call me in like about an hour and tell me all the window needed was Grease. Literally 2 Days later and my window is not working. I'm driving about 30 mins to these people, atleast take care of the customer that someone else recommended!!! The second time I brought it they charged me another $30 just the grease windows $410 later my window is worse than what it was. I'm afraid to bring it back and they are going to charge me another $30 to grease my windows so they can last 2 days so I can go back again.
View on GoogleI was screwed over by Monroe Tire in Elmira NY. G G Auto Repair replaced the bad starter. Mentioned other minor issues. No pressure tactics were used. Sent me pictures of the damaged parts and then gave me the part. They provided superior customer service by providing me rides to and from work. All of this at half the cost of Monroe. I will use them again for all my automotive repairs.

Always keeping it real, being honest and LOOKING OUT FOR YOU. As a young woman I feel confident going to this shop knowing they are trying to make sure I get the most out of my service as well as keeping it realisticlly priced. I know they are here to help me get back into my car as soon and as safely as possible. I can't express how much I appreciate their hard work, dedication, and discipline. These are great people and I will be going here for service as long as I am driving a car. Thank you for all you do!!
