Great experience. I was towed in, they had what I needed, installed it very quickly. If It took longer I would not have minded waiting the waiting area was comfortable and filled with gorgeous plants. The man behind the counter was very polite , and I left with a begonia cutting. Recommend 100%.

I had a great experience at Kenwood. They replaced my tire quickly and at a really affordable price, which I definitely appreciated. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Everything was handled efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for fast, honest, and reliable service.

I can't recommend this place enough. To start, it's a very nice old building, very well kept and the garage is spotless. The customer service is top notch without a doubt with myself and watching how customers were treated when I was there. Has that small town, mom and pop feeling, very laid back and just comfortable. I started doing business with this place only a few months ago and now is my go to spot for tires and alignments and whatever else pops up. I'm a equipment technician so I do all my own work and hate having others work on my cars, you just can't trust places anymore. Well this place you can! I brought my work commuter car here for an alignment after I replaced a rotted out control arms and the alignment came out perfect. I picked it up with no up-selling of other stuff or sales pitches lol. Next, was the big test. I just finished doing all the suspension over in my 69 Nova and I mean all the suspension and now was time for an alignment. Made plans to bring it in and wait cause you know these old cars. This time I met the tech and the owner and both were great guys. After hanging out a bit on the front porch of the shop I jumped in the car with my fingers crossed and took off down the street and once again, dead nuts perfect, wheel straight, driving straight and just feels good. I worked on cars for awhile before getting into equipment and I know and did plenty of alignments and it's one of those things you either got it or you don't. This guys got it. And for customer service these days it is very, very hard to find. This place is all about it. Now for the down side, yes I have to post something right, well that would be the hours. I work 50+ hrs a week and found it tough to get here because they have very short hours but they make drop off and pick up extremely easy and convenient. And well, I understand life is short, enjoy it. Work less and enjoy life more!

This team is amazing. Got a quote for front brakes on my Tacoma. Cheaper than the dealership! Quick easy and an amazing waiting area. Top Notch service and loyal customer for years to come. Great job!!

Spencer and his techs did an awesome job getting some new wheels and service done to my car! He does an awesome job making sure youre taken care of when you bring your car to them, service was quick and professional
