Haskins Automotive

I was the victim of a hit and run. While surfing the net looking for body shops I came across Haskins. After reading some reviews I brought my vehicle for an estimate. The staff was friendly and honest. After the gentleman inspected my vehicle he gave me an estimate but advised me nothing could be done until the following week. The gentleman said all they had to do was buff out the scratches on my bumper since fortunately there were no dents. The young lady set up the appointment for the following week. I brought my car in and expected to be there most of the day. About 90min later, the staff informed me my ride was ready with a smile on her face. I was thoroughly pleased with the work that was done. You couldn't tell where my bumper was damaged except for a small scratch but you practically needed a telescope to see it. They did a wonderful job! Now my ride looks good as new and now once again I am stylin' n profilin' ! Thank you Haskins. Hopefully I won't be involved in another hit and run. But if so I'm going straight to Haskins!

Something on the road perforated and destroyed my tire so my new car had to be towed to Haskins, which has for over 40 years consistently been the most satisfying car service experience. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work, their honesty in pricing and their kind service people. I am so fortunate to have such a stellar local automotive shop in my community! If it were NOT in my community, I would travel to it!

Impeccable body work and painting. Work done quickly. I was informed all along the way via text. Haskins did 100% of the insurance work. Customer service reps were friendly, sympathetic and effective. Price seemed quite reasonable.

We recently moved to Wellesley and during a drive down I-95 had a construction cone fly up and take out our driver’ side rear view mirror on our 2006 Volvo XC70. We reached out to Haskins who tried to get a part that didn’t work. Vitalie then provided me a link on EBay to obtain one. As soon as that came in, I called and they took it right in, replaced the broken mirror and were able to do the state inspection at the same time. All for a very reasonable price. Every person with who we spoke was absolutely great. I hope we won’t need any more repairs but will definitely go back for service and inspections.

Great communication, kept me updated the whole time my car was being worked on (5 weeks). Everyone I spoke to and worked with was super friendly and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend Haskins more. I worked mostly with Jenilee and she was great!
