I had a wonderful experience servicing my Audi at Wayland Automotive. They fixed my car the same day that I called. They were kind and professional. I was very pleased.

I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and willingness to work with me to get me in a well kept new car. Elias was so considerate and took great care of me and my daughter. He took care of all the paperwork and running around to get my car on the road. I would definitely go see him again if I needed a new car. EXCELLENT!
View on GoogleWatch out for these guys. If you're going to purchase a vehicle from them make sure that you have it looked at by an independent mechanic. I bought a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis from this place and when I went to take it for an inspection it failed. All four tires were dry rotted, both front strut assemblies were broken, and there were holes in both side rocker panels. Thankfully I know the law and under the lemon law a dealership can't sell a used car if it won't pass a state inspection sticker within so many days. I believe it's 7. So after bringing it to my mechanic for an inspection and seeing it fail for so many things, I contacted Wayland Auto and told them what was wrong with it. They did agree to fix everything that was wrong with it, but that's not the point, the point is they never should have sold it in the first place. With that being said they did come and pick it up and "fixed" it free of charge. When I came and picked up the vehicle I noticed that the front bumper had a huge scrape in it and the paint was falling off. Like someone drove the car into the back of another car. When I brought it to their attention they said that it was like that when I bought the car. Luckily I had taken pictures of the car before they picked it up to "fix" it that showed there was no damage. They said they would fix it but I would have to leave the car with them. I decided not to have them fix it and told them to just give me $200, which they did. After they "fixed" the car I brought it back to get it re-inspected, and low and behold it failed again, because they only fixed one of the front strut assemblies and not both of them. At this point I have owned the car for almost 2 months now and haven't been able to drive it because it doesn't have a state inspection sticker. So I called them up while I was at my mechanic and told them what was going on. They said they would fix it but I had to bring the car back to them. I told them I wasn't going to do that and that they will pay my mechanic to fix the issue so I can get my inspection sticker. After a few back and forth they agreed to pay my mechanic to fix the strut assembly that they didn't. So now, 2 months later I'm able to drive my car legally. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with buying a car from a dealership and mind you I paid cash for this vehicle, I didn't finance it, I paid them almost $8000 in cash for it. So just be careful dealing with this place. And if you do buy a vehicle from them have it checked out before handing them any money.
View on GoogleI bought a car here, and the salesman had no clue what he was doing. Took me months to get the car, and the 2015 Chevrolet I bought in 2024 lasted not even two years, and I am sure they knew about the issues and patched it up so it would not show up until after the warranty.
View on GoogleWe had a problem with our clutch but the clutch was relatively new. We were quoted $1200 for a car that was worth $300 (Ford Escort). The clutch had been replaced not so many years ago, maybe 4, so it was odd. It turns out it was the slave cylinder that went bad. The symptom was a clutch pedal that depressed without engaging the clutch. The mechanic replaced the clutch, master and slave cylinders and I was charged an additional $400 because the work was 'difficult'. The shop is not honest. I would stay away.
