Skip and his team at Precision Auto Works in Wakefield were outstanding. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine in the auto business, and they absolutely lived up to it. After my car was rear-ended, I reached out to Precision Auto Works, and they handled the entire repair process smoothly and professionally. They worked directly with my insurance company with no issues and repaired the car back to like-new condition. The paint match is exceptional—there isn’t a single blemish, and everything looks perfect. While they had the car, I also asked them to replace the front grille, which I had slightly damaged beforehand. That work also came out like new, and the price was better than I expected. They clearly take pride in their work, take the time to do the job right, and deliver excellent results. I highly recommend Precision Auto Works and expect to use them for any future body or repair work. Note: the only AI-alteration to the images was removal of the rear-plate for privacy purposes

I brought my 2020 Honda Civic Si to Precision Auto Works of Wakefield in April 2026 for minor body and paint work. They work with the local Enterprise and even ferried me over to pick up my rental car right after drop-off, which made everything very convenient. What stood out most was their communication. Precision is the only auto body shop I’ve dealt with that proactively provided status updates without me having to reach out a single time. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and their work absolutely met my standards. The one minor additional item I asked about was taken care of immediately and at my convenience, no hassle at all. Skip was great to work with and made sure everything stayed on track so the job was completed in time for a trip I had coming up. Overall, a smooth, professional experience with excellent communication and quality work. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

The team is Subaru‑certified, so they were able to repair and recalibrate all the sensors properly, and it absolutely shows. The work is flawless. You genuinely can’t even tell anything ever happened to the car. On top of that, they completely detailed and washed my car before returning it to me. It looked brand new — and they did it for free. They immediately fit me in for a written estimate and once we were ready to move forward, they worked with my insurance company, coordinated a rental car and provided top notch repair work. Communication was outstanding, I was kept up to date and the car was ready earlier than expected. We had a small follow up issue which was handled quickly and easily.
