Had a car accident, did a lot of research on repair shops in the area by sorting through reviews and reputation using AI, found Modern Collision Center at Wakefield, Ma, brought said car to Modern, got car back about a week ahead of schedule, and then drove a couple weeks to make sure everything is okay before I am leaving a review here. Alex, the owner is awesome. He is very proactive. From the moment I called him and took my car in, he started ordering parts and he took care of insurance from initial assessment to back-and-forth to make sure everything was working right. Very personable and helpful. After a couple weeks of driving day, night, sun and rain, I can say everything works as expected. The repair work looks quality. Paint job and lights look great. The windshield fluid tank that he replaced still works and look good. I don't usually spend time on writing reviews but I really appreciate Alex and how he runs Modern Collision Center, so I am happy to leave one here for him. I think Alex is trustworthy, which is rare in the industry. And based on his quality work and finishing ahead of schedule, I highly recommend him for car repair needs. Great experience at Modern Collision Center in Wakefield. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. It looks new and he also took care of some other scratches without any additional charge. He also replaced the front driver visor for a very reasonable cost. He is honest, extremely good at auto body repair and had the job done a day and a half early. I would recommend him highly.
