J&A Auto Works was amazing from start to finish. I brought my car there after an accident, and they honestly handled everything for me. The receptionist was so helpful with all the frustrating insurance details and rental car issues that came up, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. They also fought with the insurance company to make sure the job was done the right way, not the cheap or easy way. They didn’t just fix my car to get it done. They fixed it like it was brand new again. I ended up needing a whole new door because just replacing the side mirror would not have lined up correctly with the front part of my car and could have caused rust over time. They could have taken the easier route, done the bare minimum, and I probably never would have known until it became a problem later. Instead, they handled it the right way from the start. When I got my car back, it looked like it did when I first bought it. They even buffed out the whole car, and with two kids, I don’t think I have ever seen the inside of my car that clean. It looked amazing. Their attention to detail, honesty, and knowledge are truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend J&A Auto Works to anyone who wants their car fixed correctly and treated with real care.

I have been bringing my cars to Eric and the team for as long as I can remember. The quality of work they do is like no other. Your car will come out better than a new showroom car. I just brought in my 2012 c63 coupe and they made it look new again. All my dents got taken out, scratches removed, carbon fiber pieces added on, paint protection film on the car. They do everything! So happy with the results and will be back with my BMW!

I cannot praise Joe and the team at J&A Auto enough for the amazing repair on my car which was also immaculately cleaned inside and out and looked better than when I purchased it. I had another vehicle that was hit while parked and he repaired the dent, buffed, sanded, and painted it all within one day for me so I wouldn't be without a car. They also handle the insurance process and all I did was pick up the car when it was ready. Would recommend to anyone!

I cannot say enough great things about J & A auto and the service I received from Eric and Joe! Without their support in helping call the insurance company, I would have had out of pocket expenses and paid several hundreds of dollars for a rental car! Eric helped me so much by getting the answers from the insurance company and literally helping me call them when I was in his office. I couldn’t have done it without him. They were so flexible in scheduling my car to be fixed when I was out of town in Italy, so I wouldn’t be without a car for too long. They are so trustworthy, transparent, and take the best care of you as the customer and your car! You can tell they are truly passionate and care about you as a customer. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect and even detailed it before pickup. I would 1000% recommend J&A to all my family and friends! Before and after photos below.
