This is the first time I’ve left a review on Google. But I felt compelled to do so. I went to this location this morning with my Mercedes that had just turned off twice on me before getting there. I didn’t have an appointment. I caught Mike in the middle of something and he told me he couldn’t take my car at the moment due to the volume of vehicles he was handling that morning. The reason I’m writing this is because he still went out to my car and did something quick to the air flow sensor, and advised me what I should do next. Apologized more than once for not being able to take my car and didn’t bother asking me for money. It’s rare to find people that genuinely want to help others and run a business at the same time. I don’t wish to be a repeated customer (for obvious reasons) but he bought my business today by acting the way he did. I will go out of my way to bring my car to him if I ever need to again and will recommend him to all Mercedes owners out there. Mike. Thank you sir. You made a difference in someone’s day today.

Highly recommend!! Mike performed a scheduled service on my 2016 C300 2 months ago. He agreed to do it last minute and was beyond accommodating. Flash forward to today. Saturday. My car began making a horrible sound coming from the rear wheel. I saw Mikes garage door open and I popped my head in to see if he could take a quick look. Not only did he figure out the problem but he fixed it in a matter minutes. He is a master technician with Mercedes, and a true professional. Overall a really great guy that I highly recommend. I will never bring my car elsewhere.
