Not to be trusted. Live in VA and bought from Mohammad at EZ Auto. He decided to charge me $900 to drive the car down himself instead of shipping. During the drive, he severely damaged the hood by negligently forgetting to secure the hood latch before leaving. This was at the end of December 2024. He has since refused at every turn to have the hood fixed appropriately. He tried sending me a ‘new’ hood that was twice as damaged as the currently damaged hood. He has tried telling me to drive all the way from VA to Boston to have the car repaired there, while not offering any kind of compensation for missed work, travel expenses, etc. He has tried sending me to a shop 2.5 hours away that he swears will do the repair for cheaper than the estimates I’ve found in town. When I got in contact with said shop, they made fun of him and told me the bill will likely be the exact same as what’s been estimated to me here where I live, so it’s probably a better idea to just have it fixed locally. This dealer and specifically Mohammad cannot be trusted.

I had a very frustrating experience with EZ Auto Care and would strongly recommend caution. After purchasing my vehicle, I began noticing multiple issues within the first week, including a suspension problem, a rattling noise that may be related to engine timing components, and corrosion on a rear brake line. These are not minor concerns, especially for a vehicle that was described as being in good condition. I also later found out through Mercedes-Benz that the vehicle had a subframe replacement due to rust prior to my purchase, which was never disclosed to me. That is significant information that should have been clearly communicated upfront. Communication has been inconsistent and unclear. I was told the car was at one location when it was not, and I had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. When I tried to get a proper diagnosis through Mercedes-Benz, I was quoted a very high diagnostic cost, and the dealership was reluctant to work transparently through that process. There seems to be an effort to minimize or reclassify serious issues as “wear and tear,” rather than addressing the fact that these problems appeared almost immediately after purchase. Overall, the experience has been stressful and disappointing.

Moe was an absolutely friendly and helpful salesperson... and a delight overall. One oversight/issue with the back brakes needing to be done but so far everything has been addressed and resolved and taken care of quickly. Moe has made sure that we are happy with our purchase and made this buying a vehicle as stress free as possible. Great experience and loving my Honda Odyssey so far :) Would definitely recommend this dealer and Moe as a salesperson.

I purchased my car from Moe about a year ago, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Moe is an honest and trustworthy person who genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the car and made sure everything was in great condition before the sale, so I wouldn’t have to worry about unexpected repairs. Now, a year later, the car has been running perfectly. The only money I've spent has been on routine maintenance like oil changes, which is expected with regular mileage. I highly recommend Moe if you’re looking for a reliable car

Good customer service. The dealers, Sam and Azra are well experienced and helpful in financing a vehicle. One other good thing is that they are reliable and they don’t delay customers.
