Scott the owner has always demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and kindness, regardless of the job size. Before starting any work, he thoughtfully calls to inform us of his findings and provides a clear estimate of the costs involved. The office manager, Linda, is equally impressive—she has a background in auto mechanics, enabling her to answer any questions accurately and confidently. Rob, another team member, exudes professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere at New Meadows. They offer their clients complimentary loaner cars while your vehicle is being serviced, allowing you to continue your daily activities without interruption. I highly recommend their services.

I highly advise that you go somewhere else for your mechanic needs. It is genuinely appalling the way they go about business here at New Meadows Auto Repair. Both parts and labor are HEAVILY inflated and they are not straightforward about possible fees you will be charged. Overall my experience was terrible and i hope the person reading this does not make the same mistake as me bringing their car here

Update: Although it happened in the first place, Scott and team gave me a ring right away, ordered the part and installed it within 10 minutes while I waited. I appreciate the pride in their work and their willingness to help make a customer happy. I was able to finish the job I started. What’s wrong with this photo? Unfortunately whoever worked on my car a few years ago overtightened my drain plug on my oil, causing it to strip and needing it to be replaced. 30-40k miles later I go to change my own differential fluid myself to save a few bucks and found that New Meadow ALSO overnighted fill plug on my differential fluid. So much so that the head is stripped and will need an extraction set plus extra time. Very disappointed. Not sure if they used an impact wrench or what to tighten these fittings but it sure wasn’t a torque wrench. This will now cause me extra time and money. We’ve been going here for decades but alas I think I will no longer if there services are going to cost me more when I go to device my own vehicle
