Orlando and his family are top notch. A repair I was expecting to be completed in a day took about 3 hours and was about $700 cheaper than expected. Staff that treats you like family and the hardest working employees in Taunton.
View on GoogleFast and thorough car inspection, just when I needed it. I realized after they agreed to do the inspection on the spot that it was 1240pm and their lunch is supposed to be at 1245. Instead of saying no they took my car right in and adjusted their lunch break. Thank you!
View on GoogleDo not bring your car to them. I was just there for noise I had coming from rear of vehicle went on test drive with owner son we both heard the noise every time I hear a bump. Noise was coming from rear of vehicle. I left the car went him and they called me back 45 minutes later and said I need to change sway bar links in front of car I asked if they was sure because I always hear noise coming from rear he said no it’s from front and that I need left and right sway bar links and would cost $360.00 I said ok Maybe they know what they talking about. Went to pick up car few hours later and I have same exact problem same noise they charge wrong part. So I returned with car next day the guy checked again and said I need the rear strut they no good and said it would be $350 to change the part and he can give me a $50 off. I said that I want a refund for the job he then said I my sway bar links was no good so they change them I can’t get refund. Then I told him I will pay for the part but they would have to install no charge and that would be fare. They said no I told him I had to take a day off work to return the car and that I lost a lot of money they didn’t care I believe they played me and didn’t change anything. What ever you do DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR here. I am currently taken actions regarding this.

View on GoogleWent in for an inspection sticker and ended up needing tires and some lights replaced. Orlando was more than helpful the entire time. The communication was amazing and overall had such a great experience with them! Definitely going to use them for future repairs/needs. I'd recommend the team to anyone!
