4/22/26 Brought my truck back in for a muffler and shock job. Goal was to quiet it down a bit and replace a leaky shock. Got my truck back louder than it was and the shocks they replaced were off road shocks for a street truck. Now my truck sits higher than it was after I spent a couple grand on leveling kits and it rides like crap. What good is a great price if the entire job was a waste of my time and money. They need to do better research. Now I need to have someone who knows what they are doing, do the job over again. Done with this shop. 4/23/26 Response to owners response. Save the BS folks and please don't tell me it didn't change the ride height, it did! The truck rides like a tank now and you should have researched better. Flow Master makes devises that install after the muffler but before the exhaust tips that are made for a quieter sound. Now I am out 700 bucks and have to pay someone to do the job I asked for. You could have done some homework.

Been looking for a local auto shop, definitely picked the right one! Had 3 vehicles serviced in the past week and am very happy with this shop! Oil changed, tires rotated, battery installed as well as other regular maintenance. Needed tires on 2 vehicles, was offered several options at different price points (very fair pricing). Straight forward, friendly and work completed as expected in a timely manner. THANK YOU!
View on GoogleDo not bring your car here .. I came for an oil change and he mentioned I needed brakes I told him not today and then proceeded to do it anyways. Worse when I left my car immediately started pulling to the right and continued for a week so I went back and all he had to say was he doesn’t know why , didn’t bother looking and just scratched his head as if he wasn’t going to figure it out. Weeks later my wheel is still pulling hard and I am forced to see another mechanic because of his faulty work. My car never had the issue prior to bringing it there .
