I had two separate accidents, and both times I trusted Joe’s Auto Body to fix my car. The first time, they repaired it, but the front bumper left clip wasn’t fully secured other than that it was good ! So I gave them a second chance because Joe said he’d help me out with my situation and I wanted to trust him. After giving them about $5,000 (which Toyota dealership would’ve charged me the same price because I checked) he promised he was doing everything in my favor. However, he used aftermarket parts, didn’t replace one headlight, just glued it in place, and he never refilled the AC after replacing the radiator. So now, I have a loose headlight, a funky bumper that sometimes almost falls off , and I had to spend even more money fixing his shortcuts. Don’t get me wrong the people that work for him are great people honestly but I just think they have a boss who likes to find shortcuts to take more $ home Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend

Got Paul’s contact info from a friend of mine after somebody basically TBoned my car(see before and after pictures below) He was amazing to work with from start to finish, great communication and quality work! Took my car in the next day after speaking with him and got right to work! Had my baby(my car) back to me in 2 weeks!!! Looking brand new!! If you’re looking for somebody honest, with fair prices and quality work this is your guy! Also made it super convenient for me to do all the paperwork and things like that (had to go through insurance) super professional and top tier service ! THANK YOU PAUL !!!

He fixed some places on my daughter's 2013 Honda Accord drivers side door and took it upon himself to completely remove and fix all the rust on her car. We didn't even ask him to. He is just an incredible person. He has gained some new customers with our family!!
