I have gone to Sullivan Tire a few times lately for both big and minor issues with my vehicle. I have been extremely pleased with the high quality of service I received there. Bob is outstanding! He is so pleasant and professional. He is excellent to deal with. I always feel that my car and I are in the very best hands there. Check them out next time you need anything vehicle-related.
View on GoogleWent in to try and get an oil change. The guy at the desk just said bluntly you have to leave it here all day. Like that remotely even sounds reasonable for an oil change. I was not annoyed that he couldn't take the car right away but how he handled it He offered no concession or alternative day or asked me if I'd like to make an appointment just akward silent state like he didn't even give a crap I was there or a customer. In a million years he wouldn't like being treated like that and I work for the government at the airport and I try to treat people better than that. I'll think twice before I go here again
View on GoogleFirst time here. The people on the phone were very pleasant and transparent about pricing. Had an appointment and was done in about 40 minutes. John and Bob inside were very sweet! Will come here again should I find myself needing a tire!
View on GoogleBob and Sherry from the Stoughton Ma location were kind, caring and helpful. I had a flat tire during a family emergency. Having already an awful day, I had no hope that I could get my a tire that day and Bob and Sherry not only took care of it, and had my tire installed within 35 minutes but were so gracious and kind during the entire experience. I will definitely be recommending Sullivan Tires to everyone I know!
View on GoogleThey broke my tire pressure monitor while changing a rim. I brought it back and showed them they broke it, and they tried to tell me the battery for the TPM died. Car has 12k miles on it and the battery died the same day they touched the wheels? Yeah right. They lost forever what would have been a loyal customer, b.c theyre shady. When i told them I wasnt gonna pay them to fix what they broke and I just wanted my car back, the manager looked so surprised cas apparently he thought I was an idiot and gave my car back to me smelling like cigarettes.
