Purchased my first plow here! Reasonably priced, good people and staff. They know their products, parts and all, because I sure as heck don’t. I’ve had my plow for 4 years now, ran into my first issue (minor, thank god) during the Blizzard of ‘26. Made a phone call and the service department fixed it very FAST! Very professional and accommodating.
View on GoogleVery poor customer service. Rude is an understatement. Will not stand behind their product. Purchased a new truck and had it outfitted with Metropolitan. Have had the truck for little over 1 year. Truck currently has 12k miles (for reference). Had a dump body put on as well as tool boxes (buyers brand) all installed there. Tailgate held water via failed welds, water froze, blew tailgate right out. They did replace the tailgate. Tailgate didn’t same exact thing again. Tool boxes were full of water within the first rain storm ruining tools. They claimed the weather stripping was installed incorrectly. They took it back and said it was all set. Well, it’s not. Boxes full of water. CANT KEEP TOOLS IN THE TOOL BOXES. 25+ thousand bucks down the drain. Totally disgusted. I have a rather large fleet of truck and have never had this happen. I’ll cut my losses and will never drop a penny there again!! See pictures. Totally disgusted. DISGUSTED. Why have tool boxes that your can’t have tools in. Also, water isn’t just coming in from doors. Welds have failed. Look at the access handles. I only wanted for these folks to give what I paid for. I am ok with moving on and taking the hit. If I can save just one person from going through this, I’ll be happy.

View on GoogleI came to them when I was about to purchase a truck. I had them do an initial inspection and they gave me an estimate of the needed repairs. Then after making the purchase, I came to them to complete the service. About a week after they completed the service, the wheel fell off the axel while I was driving with my employee. This incident put both mines and my employee's life at risk. Then when I called them and told them about the incident that was clearly a result of their negligence, they had the truck towed back to their shop. They gave me no updates once they had the truck. I had to track them down. Finally, once they told me what the cost was, I just paid it out of good faith. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was a little bit shaky. So then I checked the invoice and found out that A - they charged me to tow the truck back to the dealer, B - They charged me again for the service they didn't complete correctly the first time which led to me having to come back, and C - They charged me for work they didn't complete. When I asked to see the parts "they replaced," they were unable to provide them. Just a overall terrible experience, and I honestly feel like I got swindled
