Had my Volvo suspension break down and we pulled into island st auto . They were too busy to look at it, which is understandable since we came in from nowhere . Vehicle stayed there overnight and they were not jerks about it. The lady was very nice and we told her we would get it towed. We could not get it towed until the next morning and they did not give us a hard time. We appreciate that thank you very much.

Was looking at a car to buy from a seller about 10 minutes away. We did a test drive and liked it so I figured I’d open my maps and look for a shop to get a pre-purchase inspection. Stumbled across Island street and called in. Jillian answered the phone and was very friendly and accommodating. She made room for us immediately and on a whim. On top of that, the fee was a fraction of what I was expecting. This service resulted in us being able to make a better offer for the car to save some money, and had the dealer fix an issue that could’ve costed $$$ in the future. Thanks yall

Had my used car brought in with check engine light. Unfortunately, the entire engine had to be replaced. Island worked with my extended warranty folks to get almost all costs covered. They kept me informed each step and I had the car back, running perfectly in 5 business days as promised. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
