Was looking for a higher end detail shop to have my basically brand new truck (1000 miles on the clock) possibly ceramic coated and front windows/windshield tinted. I decided to give Bills a shot. The Good: I stopped in to get a quote for ceramic & tint and asked for someone who could go over my options and the young woman at the desk went and got the manager for me. Taylor was very helpful, informative, and pleasant to talk with about all my options and I appreciated the time she spent educating me. She agreed to email me a quote with the options we discussed which I received promptly that day or next morning. After receiving her quote I decided I wanted to at least get the window tint done as soon as possible and take a couple days to make my decision on ceramic coating etc. Dropped off my truck the night before appointment and was completed the following afternoon. The Bad: Went to pick up my truck that afternoon and again was greeted by nice pleasant young woman at the desk to take care of the payment. After payment was good she came out with me to take a video of the work which honestly made me feel great that they care that much to make sure things are done correctly and satisfactorily for the customer. She took her quick video and was on her way back into shop. As I started looking over my truck I noticed the rear drivers side door and window absolutely covered in dried up soap. I then asked her to come back over because I honestly thought maybe they forgot to clean it up as I understand tinting windows can be messy so no big deal just wanted to show them & let them know that I was unhappy. Realizing I was less than thrilled about how they were returning my vehicle to me she went to get Taylor the manager. So she comes outside to see me and take a look at my truck I show her and express my feelings of it being unprofessional to return a vehicle like that. I was informed that their tinting service does not include any cleaning or detailing service and it’s just soap and I again explained that I thought it was pretty unprofessional way to return a vehicle but I guess that’s just my opinion and maybe others might think no big deal. She did offer to see if they could possibly get it in the shop to clean it up but wasn’t sure how long or if they could get it in which I appreciated but was short on time so I thanked her for that and went on my way. I’ll put it this way, if this was my business and my tint guy didn’t clean up after himself I’d be having a serious talk w/him and again maybe it’s just me I expected better, it takes very little time to make presentable when you take pride in your work. I’m not so sure they would return a higher end car this way but feel they should treat a brand new $75K truck the same as any other. I waited a couple days before going this route & writing a review but felt it was necessary given the way the manager made it seem like no big deal. If you bring your vehicle here to get tinted I would make sure you discuss your expectations before hand so you’re not disappointed.

I had to borrow my nephew's car a couple of weeks ago. As you would expect a young guys car was filthy inside and out. It smelled pretty bad too. I brought it to Bill's Detailing service and in the bad condition that was I figured if they could get it half clean that would be a plus. I picked it up later that evening and much to my surprise it looked like a brand new car on the inside. I couldn't believe it. It was clean and the smell was gone. I highly highly highly recommend bill's auto service for the excellent job they did. I can't say enough.

I recently had my car detailed at bills detailing and I’m beyond impressed with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The staff was friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted, offering suggestions for areas that needed attention. The exterior was thoroughly washed, had the full front PPF, and rest of the truck coated with the ion Ceramic coatin. my truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Inside, the detailing was just as impressive. The carpets were spotless, the seats were treated with a coat protection and every nook and cranny was cleaned with precision, What stood out the most was the attention to detail. I could tell the team genuinely cared about their work, and it’s clear they use high-quality products. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. It was worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!
