I just wanted to share the level of service I received at Stonehan Ford was impeccable. . From a nice man Bob dropping me off to a man calling me and telling me that if I didn't have a ride to pick up my car they would drop it off to me . To the two wonderful men that dropped my car off to me. I believe their names were Steve and Guy. I was very impressed. They get 5 stars and above . If you are looking to buy a car please get it from them. They absolutely go above and beyond. I was very impressed. ❤️

Just bought a transit within past few months. Alternator went bad. Charged me over $2000 to replace. (I’ve replaced multiple alternators on my own and know what it takes, especially when they have all the tools). Was just past 90 day purchase date. Asked for consideration and got none. Part online was $600, they charged almost $1000 for alternator. Kept full $200 diagnostic charge on there as well even though I did the work with them. We own a good amount of trucks and vans for our business. I will not be buying our servicing here again. Short sighted. They got their transaction but lost the relationship.

They satisfactorily found my transmission leak and fixed it under warranty. Work was done right. However, they had the truck for 2 days to do so. I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance and brought my truck to them at 7:40 am on the day of the appointment. Then they didn’t even look at my truck until the following day.
