Mike is a direct, straightforward, no nonsense businessman. Through my experience speaking with Mike at Stoneham Auto Works, I found that Mike cares about his customers and wants to be sure that they know exactly what's going on and what has to be done with their car. When anyone brings their car into a shop to be repaired, they expect whoever they talk to to get straight to the point. And they expect follow-up phone calls with updates. I found that's exactly what I could expect when I went to Stoneham Auto Works and talked to Mike in person and over the phone. It's really great that Mike has a loaner car. I was able to make it to my appointments. I recommend Stoneham Auto Works.
