The Best Transmission Shop

Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job. I dropped my work van off at about 9:30am Thursday morning. Shawn called me about 3pm saying they already had transmission out and were rebuilding it. He said he hoped it would be ready about noon on Friday. Sure enough 11:45am he called to say it was ready. Incredible 26 hours and van is ready. Drove about 130 miles for work early this morning. Van drives like new. Thank you 🙏

Shawn has been a pleasure to work with . On April 26th 2025 I called him and explained I just bought a 2007 Van E250 from North End Auto Body in Springfield Ma on April 23rd 2025 and the transmission is shot . The van barely wanted to move . So the guy who sold me the van got over on me . Anyways Shawn said no problem drop it off on Monday April 28th 2025 . Monday comes and I dropped it off . Monday by 12:00 Shawn calls me to tell me he already has the transmission out . ( His crew don’t waste no time ). It is now April 30th 2025 and I picked the van up . Let me start by saying it’s drives amazing . Shawn kept me updated within the 3 days and unfortunately there were other issues along the way but I told Shawn to go ahead and replace whatever needs to be done . This is my first time dealing with him and honestly I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Shawn for taking car of the van and being transparent.

Alright. This doesn't happen in today's day and age. My wife and I were broken down with a truck trailer with snowmobiles and our chocolate lab... I would have sworn a 100%.I had transmission issues... Sean took one quick ride in the truck and actually drove me to a repair shop to fix a misfire In the engine. Absolutely Amazing. Definitely recommended. He's earned my business for life!

I didn’t know what I was going to do with my 2012 CRV I purchased with 120k miles that I thought would last a while. Unfortunately it had a shudder and I researched and found out it was a common issue. I looked up what can be done and it was going to be a tranny flush. I was very skeptical but dropped my car off! When I got my car back it still shuddered but less. They told me to give it 50 miles or so. Well it took about 150 miles but the shudder is gone! I’m so relieved and would recommend this to anybody with the same Honda issue. These guys are pros and do these all day. What a relief.

These guys have my vote, they will be my first recommendation to any body that’s in need of his services, I brought my 2013 Yukon over there and I was some back and forth issues with the warranty about my transmission, but Shawn C was so patient with me & the warranty company with some time and adjustments, he able to get it done, with me only having to pay the deductible,He also noticed that I needed a motor mount and he fixed it as well. Thank you to you and your team for not only being a blessing to me but to my family as well, we’ll be able use the Yukon for years to come. Cheers!
