I stopped into Nickole to get an estimate for some elective and out of pocket body repairs and paint work for my 12 year old VW summer convertible. Nickole fully understood what I wanted to get done and offered some great suggestions, without any upsell pressure. The work was completed on schedule and I received unprompted updates while they had the car. The final bill came in just a bit UNDER the estimate. I am a pretty harsh critic, especially when it comes to my cars. The work not only met my expectations, but exceeded it. The entire car was buffed to a high luster finish and looks amazing! Communications with Nickole before and during the repair was terrific and personable. I absolutely recommend them.
