Do not, and I repeat do not reach out to this gentleman for service on your car. I have never dealt with a mechanic so unprofessional before. My problem began on a Tuesday late in the afternoon and he stated I could tow the car to him, and he would do diagnostics on it and give me a quote and tell me what’s wrong. As it was late in the day, I chose to blindly drop my car of at his "location". The next day he told me the problem and gave me a quote. I accepted and he told me would have it completed in a day or two. I followed up with a phone call on Thursday and he simply said the part did not arrive and would let me know when it did, and he abruptly ended the conversation. I gave him till mid-week the following week till I called him, on Wednesday. He stated there was a problem with the delivery of the part and he would call me back that morning, I never received a call back. Given these inconsistencies and poor communication and professionalism, I decided to visit the location of my vehicle. He doesn't have one sign posted of his "business" which is labeled Express Auto on Google. I called him when I arrived there, and he told me he would be doing the car would be ready tomorrow. Then I attempted to call him again and ask some follow up questions. Noticing my number on caller ID, he would not answer my calls, and I called multiple times. I then called from a friend’s phone and he answered. I instructed him I did not want him to work on my car and he said "fine" and would not allow for further communication. I'm not sure if this man is licensed or has insurance. On top of everything, he never once identified himself. He cost me easily over $100 in transportation costs because he failed to provide an accurate timeline and my work is not public transport accessible. Once again, do not contact this "mechanic", even in a pinch. He is unprofessional, rude, and does not even appear to have a real location for his "business"

Professional Mechanic and did my brakes without no problem and a friendly guy, i would keep bringing my car to him anytime and would Recommend other's and friends to check him out. James
