Route 128 Honda Service Center

I will preface this by saying I think the repair team does a great job, I have no problems with the actual work done on the car and I appreciate that they don't try to upsell me on things they diagnosis. I brought my car in at 8am for a maintenance minder and coolant flush. They told me it should be ready around 11. Okay by me, I had my husband ready to pick me up. I received zero communication during this time frame, which I assume "no news is good news". At 11, I return to the dealership and wait a bit. At 1130, I ask for an update and they tell me they're running behind and it will be closer to 12 or 1230. At 1230, I ask for another update and they tell me they are wrapping up and it'll be out soon. I ended up back in my car at 1PM. So it took 5 hours when they promised 3, with no communication unless I asked for it. All I needed was a text at 1030 saying they were running behind with a new estimated time. Clear communication. Then I could have used my 2 hours elsewhere. And to add insult to injury, they gave me $10 off for the wait. Thanks for valuing my time at $5/hr. Also, they still advertise in the waiting room that an oil change comes with a vacuum and a wash but they don't do it anymore.

I have taken my 2018 Honda Civic Type R to this dealership service center a number of times. Last year my AC stopped working and I read online that Honda had a special warranty created for AC compressors because they have known issues, which was a 10 year unlimited mileage warranty on the compressors. I took it there, they agreed that it was covered under the warranty. This was in Late April 2025. 11 months later in early April 2026, first hot day of the year I find out my AC is once again not working. I take it back to the same dealer, who tells me that yes, the AC compressor once again is faulty, but this time they will not cover it. I was over the 12 month/12000 mile warranty. I tried to explain that I only used the AC compressor for the summer, and its crazy that I should expect the compressor to only last for one summer and break again, and that the compressor really has nothing to do with miles anyway. The service guy, Juan, told me he would call Honda corporate to see what they could do, but that it was probably going to cost me about $3600 for a new AC Compressor (that I can't even trust to last more than 1 summer...). I was pretty annoyed but I was waiting to see what he could do for me, a few weeks go by no response. I call, no reply. Finally I get a voicemail from the service manager asking me how my service went, now that its all done. What? I called back and left another message. No reply. I got the work done last week at a different mechanic for $1200, new AC compressor with a 2 year/24000 mile warranty. I won't be coming back to 128 Honda, you guys lost a customer.

We bought a hybrid civic and couldn't be happier with the car and the assistance buying it from Tony. He was helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient with the different cars we test-drove. Rt 128 Honda had the model/color we wanted, and they matched a competitor's end-of-the-month price (which is a strategy I recommend to others who can wait for a month's end to haggle). Our only gripe is that we were disappointed at the low-ball trade-in offer we got for our old car (in retrospect we should have donated it instead). But overall, we had a very positive experience with this dealership and would return.

Had to come for a tire leak, and had amazing service from Calvin Puglisi. Was super professional and helpful in giving me options for my car since I needed the tire dealt with on a quick turnaround. Highly recommend this service center.

Today I came in for tire light on my 2025 crv hybrid sport L. Nikki Spinazola was very good. She explained each detail of my tire warranty and if she did not know, she got a manager immediately and helped explain the situation. I really appreciate the honesty and direct follow up. She followed up through out the visit even though it took over 2.5 hours of start to finish to diagnose and then patch 1 tire. Nikki was great and she should be a role model for the rest of the team there. I really appreciate it. They even showed and saved the tiny topless needle nail that was the cause of my tire leak. I highly recommend Nikki. The honesty and no bs is well received.
