I cannot say enough about these people. Skillful, expert, efficient, extremely kind, and helpful in every possible way. My car looked brand-new when they were done. It is a pleasure doing business with Willard Street Collision. I recommend 100%.

Using my insurance CAR-EZ process, it was a breeze. Dropped it off, went on a planned vacation and everything was completed by the time I got home. Not a bunch of unnecessary calls. All was coordinated through them and I just showed up to pick up my vehicle. It was it MINT condition. Better than when I dropped it off. The entire vehicle (inside & out) had been cleaned. The work was meticulous! Highly recommend.

I had a rental set up and they called ahead to make sure a rep would be available to pick me up from the shop. I just got home after picking it up and inspecting the repairs. Fixed like new! Even places where the accident didn't happen, I noticed were cleaned off (little scuff marks here and there) And the interior was cleaned up nice. I have two kids and I know when I dropped it off, there was a mess in the back seats. But it's been cleared away. Excellent service! 10 out of 10 would recommend a friend! Thank you Willard Street Collision!

There are not enough words of praise to describe my experience! From the moment I stepped in the office, I knew I was in exceptional hands! Phyllis meticulously handled the paperwork and Mike and his team expertly restored my car to its pre-accident state. Truth be told, it looks showroom new! I couldn't be more pleased! I took a handful of business cards, as, without hesitation, I will refer anyone in need of car repair to this business. I can't promise that your repair will only take two days (like mine did), but I hope when you're handed your keys, that you leave with the same feeling I did!
