Negative stars actually. Can not fix Ford Escapes! Day 1. Paid $180 because they told me my issue was the battery. Drove away, still having same issue. Went back, day 2… could not figure out issue, day 3… nothing! When I dropped off my car it was drivable. I had to jumpstart start it to drive it away when I picked it up… they could not tell me anything was wrong with it even though I told them there’s a smell when I drive and it was cutting off sometimes when I start it. Mind you, I drove it there. It would not turn on at all when I picked it up from them. Come to find out mechanic did not connect everything properly. Horrible manager Damon. Laughed when I said they did something. They also lie. He says not enough time to look at it and then next min he says they looked and can’t find the problem. How can’t you find a problem if the car doesn’t cut on now after you touched it?! And it was drivable when I dropped it off?! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Several thumbs down. Horrible! I asked for a diagnostic and incapable of diagnosing. Fake mechanics.

Damon and his crew did an amazing job on my car! I had a fender bender, and had a couple custom parts (wrapped grille, etc.) on my car that Damon and his crew helped switch over during the fix, which helped me from having to get it redone. When all the repairs were done, I came back to my car detailed on both the interior and exterior! That is going above and beyond and I can't thank the crew over at V&S enough for their amazing work, and would not hesitate to recommend them!

My brother-in-law gave me brakes that were supposed be exactly for my car. An associate gave him the brakes initially. V&S installed them and less than a year later the rotors started failing. I brought my car back to V&S and they told me the brakes were meant for "racing" and not meant for long term use. I got really pissed because why in the hell didn't V&S tell me this when they were installing them a year prior?! They saw I had a 10yr old car with 90k miles on it, did they really think I was going to start racing with it? So they charged the full amount to get the brakes replaced. I am not going back there again. They lack common curiosity and that caring element. I did go to Trucks but now I got to Egans Sunoco.

Nightmare of an experience. My mother took my vehicle to repair the front right bumper, fender and sideskirt through insurance since she trusted this repair facility. When driving the vehicle she had issues braking, and I told her it was probably the front brakes. So she decides to have them do it while it’s there (what are mothers good for) and surprise me when I get the vehicle back. Unfortunately, that never happened, instead they advised her to replace the rear brakes, pads and rotors. Here’s where the problem starts, I had the rear pads and rotors replaced at the dealership less than two months ago and driven only 1,300 miles. Questioning the owner and the decision from the gentleman that told her it was the rear brakes was like talking to a wall, non existent. More hostile than anything else. On to the actual body repairs. Repairs itself took close to three weeks for a minor fix. When receiving the vehicle back noticed multiple stained areas from the same side door and hood. They agreed to clean and buff the mess off, but blamed it on tree sap instead of taking blame on them self. All in all, worst experience ever, will not return.

I was so impressed by the repair! I book my car to other car shop and was quoted for over $2k... I decided to give this place a try, and they quoted me less than $1k to get everything done. I gave it a try, and they took 4 days. When I got the car back, it looks fantastic! They even did an interior detailing. The car looks very clean and like new now. Seeing it doesn’t get 5-star on google I guess I should share my experience here. Highly recommended
