In a world where genuine customer service can be hard to find, Matt was truly one of the kindest, most professional, and most honest people I have met in a very long time. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with respect and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can immediately tell that he truly values his customers and takes pride in running an honest, trustworthy business. The entire experience was smooth and stress free, which is not something most people usually say about bringing their car in for service. If you are looking for a tire and auto shop that is honest, reliable, and truly treats people the right way, I would highly recommend Sullivan Tire in Quincy. Had a bit of a rough start with the sales rep initially quoted me double what I'd been quoted. But one of the managers reached out a few weeks later to honor my original price on the brake rotors. Really thoughtful follow-through and I appreciate the service!

View on GoogleI called around 3PM asking if they'd look at my leaking tire knowing they close at five. John told me if I made it in before 4 they'd help me out. I got there at 3:50 and he honored that promise. They diagnosed it as a faulty valve stem and replaced it free of charge since I got my tires brand new at a different Sullivan's only a few months ago. I had great conversations with John as I waited and they even stayed a little passed 5 to get it done. Fantastic experience!

John gave me all the information I needed to make a final decision. Everyone did a fantastic job and it only a couple of hours (last minute on Saturday!). Very well done to all involved!! I would highly suggest using Sullivan Tire if you need tires or basically anything to do with your vehicle!!
