I brought my Mach-E in for body repair at the location at the recommendation of the Quirk Service location. This team did a great job fixing up the car. It took a while but I do not hold it against the team as they clearly explained at the start that it was based on parts availability and their initial estimates were relatively accurate. I also appreciate their feedback and clarity on the conversation they were having with my car insurance as to payment and coverage. While the experience is inherently negative (broken car), they made this instance very reasonable feeling.

They team over at Quirk Autobody are top tier. When my brand new car got hit in a parking lot I was gutted. I was so worried it wouldn’t be the same. Not only was the manager Mike professional he educated me about the process and kept me updated throughout the repair. The work was finished way sooner than I expected and when I looked at my car it looked exactly the way it did on the showroom floor. I highly recommend the work here at Quirk Auto body and I thank the team greatly for such great work and service.

Very helpful from initial call to 2 months later when I picked up my vehicle! Was rear ended on 93 with substantial damage, many shops in area could not accommodate. Bruce was always very professional and helpful in keeping me updated with progress and communicating time frame involved. Body work on my 2022 Kia came out looking like day drive out of showroom and interior detailing of entire vehicle was definitely noticed and appreciated!!!

Guy at the desk so rude! Had to leave. Rude on the phone and even worse in person. I had a tiny scratch and couldn't bear to even stay a minute longer. I never post reviews but had to. Do not go here! I'll be calling the dealership this afternoon.
