The guy at the front desk was genuine and real approachable. He took his time to show and explain the issue and although there were several customers ahead of me, I was on my way within a couple hours. These guys did a great job and I'm happy with the outcome

I have used them a couple times, most recently for a flex pipe replacement on a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. I arrived when they opened and they took my car in immediately. They showed me the issue and provided a fair quote. The work was completed in 20 minutes. Besides the quality work, I really appreciate that they're open normal business hours Monday through Friday. It shows real care for their staff. While they may lose some customers due to the hours, I think it says a lot about a business that takes care of their team. If they take care of their team, their going to take care of their customers. Thank you Eco Muffler.
View on GoogleThese guys are absolutely amazing! Fixed an issue with an exhaust leak in about 30 minutes, for a fair price, that I had been having a difficult time getting fixed for months. The staff was so friendly also. I hope I don't need any more repairs, but if I do, I know where I'll be going! Thanks again
View on GoogleMy car failed an inspection because of my exhaust system. Drove it to Eco when they opened because their website said first come first serve. There were multiple people dropping off and waiting right when they opened and I still couldn’t have asked for an easier or better process. I left my car there, they called me within the hour to tell me what was wrong and how much it’d be to fix and they called me by 3 saying it was finished. Too often now repair ships are so busy they don’t get it all done in one day. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was very pleased. 😀
