This is our second time bringing our vehicle to Copeland Street Auto Body. This time, our truck was hit by another vehicle, and they took very good care of us again. They listened to what we needed, explained everything clearly, and did the repair with care. The price was fair, and the whole process felt easy. They also helped us fix another problem that we planned to repair later, which we really appreciated. When we picked up the car, it was clean inside and out. That small detail meant a lot to us. We are very thankful for their help and the good work they do.

I brought my new truck into Copeland Street Auto Body after scratching up the front bumper, and Ramiro and the team did an amazing job. As you can see in the before-and-after photos, they completely fixed the damage — it looks like new again. On top of that, they detailed the car inside and out, which was such a nice surprise. Their communication was excellent, they were upfront and honest, and the turnaround time was super quick (just two days!). I really respect the professionalism and quality of work here. About three weeks ago, my new Mercedes E350 was damaged by another driver. After conducting some online research, I took my car to three different body shops. In the end, I am very glad I chose this particular shop to handle the repairs. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ramiro. Both he and Bobby examined the damage and provided me with a written estimate within ten minutes. This demonstrated their friendliness, speed, and professionalism. The other shops only gave me verbal estimates, and their figures were significantly different from the one provided by the insurance adjuster. Since my insurance was covering the repair (and they would be reimbursed by the other driver’s insurance), Ramiro worked closely with them throughout the process. After one and a half weeks, I received my car back, and it looked brand new. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they even went the extra mile to buff and touch up other areas of the car. Additionally, they gave my vehicle a thorough cleaning, both inside and out. In addition to the excellent quality of the work, I appreciated Ramiro’s great communication skills. He kept me informed about the progress throughout the entire process. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I was referred to Copeland from the Toyota dealership, after a hit & semi run (person left a note). It was a sticky situation b/c we weren’t going through insurance so I was pretty nervous about having my 5 mo old car fixed properly without being stuck with a bill. Craig (owner) and Ramiro (body man) gave me such peace of mind, I was pretty astonished. They treated me like a friend, not a paycheck. Not only did they write up the estimate for the fix the same day, they added in rental coverage so I wasn’t inconvenienced in the least bit. The work was done in 2 days and my car is beaming! They even did some interior detailing which DOES NOT happen at every shop, believe me. On top of all that, they buffed out some surface scratches from the snow season - all on the house!! I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. These guys are honest, thoughtful and incredibly kind. I’ve found my new go-to shop & will be recommending them to everyone I know. You will NOT be disappointed working with Copeland Auto Body!

Bob made it easy for me to get my Rav 4 fixed after I was rear ended. He delt with the insurance and paper work. They did a great job on the repair and even cleaned the interior. It was like a new car inside and out. My wife even asked me to take her car for detailing there but I don't think they do only that. It was also finished on time. Thank you
