I was introduced to Sean from another Mercedes owner and have been exceptionally pleased with Sean and his work. My initial visit, four years ago, was to look at a nagging issue that my prior mechanic had 'fixed" but still persisted after numerous visits Sean diagnosed the issue immediately and made the proper repair - something that alluded my prior mechanic. Since that initial visit, I have had a number of repairs done to my aging Mercedes, all done professionally, timely and reasonably priced. As an example of Sean's integrity and knowledge, after hearing a noise from the rear end of my car, I brought my car in for a diagnosis and Sean determined the issue as a subframe issue. Rather than make the repair, he recommended that I reach out to the local Mercedes dealership for a warranty repair. After the dealership initially refused to cover the repair, they relented and made the expensive repair under their warranty. Sean's recommendation for the warranty repair saved me thousands of dollars. Over the past few years, I have recommended Sean/Vanderveer to other Mercedes owners, all of them as pleased as I have been with their service. As I look to replace my car, I am looking at another Mercedes so I can continue working with Sean and his team at Vanderveer.

If you drive a Mercedes, take it to Vanderveer Motors. Sean is excellent at what he does and offers a fair price for his services. He has a keen attention to detail and takes the time to explain what he’ll be working on and gives good recommendations for future work your car will need. Sean was able to do a same-day emergency repair for my rear brake lines on my E350. Saved me over $2,000 compared to Revolution Automotive Services. Highly recommend anyone driving a Mercedes to go to Vanderveer Motors.

He explains the needed work, what to expect, and options if appropriate. Plus, he does the work, not someone in the shop that you never see. We've always had our tire and alignment work done at tire specialists not knowing he does this too. We just had the full treatment... suspension, wheels, tires and alignment.
