Reached out to Nick at U/C to have them check out my “71” Charger R/T, that wasn’t running well at all, for quite some time. I dropped it off at 10am on Thursday and he called at 2 and said it was ready. Picked up my car on Friday morning and l couldn’t get over how well it was running. Started it up yesterday morning, two pumps off the gas and it started right up, Electric choke is working, never before as long as I have had this car has it been running this well. This is why you bring your car to the right people, To get the job done, Right Just wanted to say thank you to Nick and the crew at U/C.

I recently had the carburetor (Rochester 4GC) for my 1965 Oldsmobile Starfire rebuilt at Universal Carburetor. I had them take the carburetor off, rebuild it and then reinstall the carburetor. After a test drive I was able to pick the Starfire up. The price was what they originally quoted me. It should be noted that if you pay with a credit card they add a fee. If I had known in advance, I would have brought cash. The job took 2 days from drop off to pick up. When I picked the car up, I drove 20 miles to my home. About a mile from my house the car stalled out. I called Nick at Universal and he told me to bring the car in as soon as I could. I brought the car back a couple days later and it stalled again just as I arrived at the shop. After telling Nick what the car did, he made note and said they would check it out. I called them the next day and they said they gave it a test drive, made some minor adjustments to the carburetor and it should be good to go. I asked Nick what I owed, he replied: "You are all set." I shook Nick's hand and said: "I appreciate that." Great customer service. I drove the car home with no issues whatsoever. I called them back and informed them my car was running great and thank them once again. I am very happy that my 65 Olds now purrs like it should.
